In today’s world, the industry of glass and window it’s releasing new products everyday and although we have been cleaning window since 1994 once a while we come across new types of windows that we had never seen before so despite that there are so many other factors that may interfere to the cost of window cleaning such as type of window, accessibility, how high it is, technique to perform the cleaning, time consuming, etc. Every estimate over the phone will be a ball park, for a most accurate estimate we will schedule a visit in person which we offer for FREE to our clients. Our minimum charge is $ 250.00 If the access to your window is difficult or not safe to perform the cleaning using a ladder and if it requires the use of repel, there will be a repelling fee of $ 150.00 for the first decent and that includes first decent, gears set up and all that, therefore from the second repel on, the fee will be $ 75.00 per decent. Window screen cleaning rates
We recommend to all our clients to have their Window screen washed at least twice a year. We’ll pull all the screens off, take them outside, wash them twice with environment friendly antibacterial soap, wipe them off and then we’ll put them back in place.

Skylight cleaning rates
Skylights require special attention and skill to clean them effectively and safely.
$20.00 – $80.00 per skylight pane
Pressure wash cleaning rates
We’ll assemble the machine and adjust the water pressure from low to high whichever is more appropriate to your home to maximize the results with optimum timely efficiency
First hour – $150.00
Therefore – $95.00 per hour
Minimum 2 hour
Solar panel cleaning rates
We’ll safely reach to the solar panels to clean them with an appropriate solution.
